When you send an enquiry through this website, we receive:

- your email address and company name, if you give them
- the service area you choose and the message you write
When you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share with us.
We do not ask for bank details, passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information through this website. Please do not include them in your message.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not run any analytics. If we add analytics in future, we will update this page first.
How we use it
We use your details only to:
- reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation or meeting
- prepare a proposal you have asked for
- deliver the work we agree, if you become a client, and keep the records the law requires
We do not sell, rent or share your details for marketing. We share them only with service providers who help us run our email, phone and website, with professionals we work with on your matter when you have agreed to it, or where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not lead to work, we delete your details within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as tax and other laws require.
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to limit who can see it.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- correct, complete or update it
- delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it
- nominate someone to act for you if you are unable to
